Campfire Dip
Cook 1 pound ground beef over the fire
Add a packet of taco seasoning
Next add a jar of salsa
A can of Mexicorn
A brick of processed cheese (melts best) OR Mac & Cheese style shredded cheese
Serve with Chip- good for dinner or a snack. Leftovers can be used to mix with hash browns for breakfast. I often cook in foil pie pans- easy clean up!
