Good question!  To prevent burning you could do a few things.  1. Make sure that there is enough butter/oil in your packet.  2. Be sure to cook in the coals of the fire (not open flame) or 3. Cook on a grill over low/medium heat.  Hope this helps!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I loved your Loaded Potatoes!  My husband greatly enjoyed it! I just have a quick question, how do you keep it from burning?  I used the parchment paper idea, and precooked the potatoes so they didn&#039;t have to go as long. But my edges got burned.  It happens as well when I cook with veggies.  Sometimes the top is still uncooked but the bottom is burned. Any suggestions? Or maybe you have covered this in a different article that I missed?]]></description>
