I created this recipe using random leftovers in my baking cupboard.
White cake mix
1/2c coconut
Vanilla pudding
1 Banana
Cool Whip
1/4c toasted coconut
I prepared my cake mix as directed, added 1/2c coconut to the mix and baked in two 8″ greased, round pans. After cooling the cakes I sandwiched vanilla pudding mixed with sliced banana in between them. Yum!
I then covered the whole thing with cool whip and topped with toasted coconut. Double yum!
Fabulous!
