Are you ready to trim the tree? I have joined over 35 of your favorite bloggers to share some really fun and festive projects. From Ornaments to Tree Skirts, you are sure to be inspired by all of these fabulous homemade ideas to trim the tree! I have been setting up and decorating our tree all week long with you on Instagram. Be sure to follow along and voice your opinion on our somewhat unusual Christmas tree topper @twindragonflydesigns. But first let me show you how to create this unique Burlap Wreath Ornament.
This ornament is super easy to create! You might even have all of the supplies laying around the house or in your craft room.
Supplies:
small mason jar lid
burlap ribbon (from Michaels)
bakers twine
Begin by cutting the burlap ribbon into 5″ lengths. This would look great with any kind of ribbon really. I think that red ribbon would be stunning too.
Tie the ribbon around the mason jar lid, double knotting as you go. More ribbon will leave you with a fuller looking wreath. Trim off long pieces or excess ribbon if needed.
Add a piece of bakers twine for hanging and you have a super unique, easy to create, Burlap Wreath Ornament! Fun right?!

As soon as I finish comment going to see what kind of ribbon there is in my stash and make couple of these, so simple but so pretty if decorative ribbon used. Great idea, quick and easy, inexpensive too. Glad you shared this.
Happy creating and happy holidays .
