Cinnamon roll recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 – 17.5 oz containers of Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • Non stick baking spray
  • Green food coloring
  • 1 Tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Tip: homemade cream cheese icing can also be added to the top of the casserole but using the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls is just as good in our opinion! We’ve tried different brands but Pillsbury rolls are always better than any other store brand.

Directions:

1. Open the two cans of dough and set aside the icing. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Spray a 10″ round casserole dish with cooking spray.

Note: a baking pan or cookie sheet can be used to cook these as well.

3. Place the rolls inside the dish around the outer edge. Cut a few rolls in half to layer around the inner edge.

4. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.

5. Mix the icing with a few drops of green food coloring and spread over the warm cinnamon buns.

6. Top with Christmas sprinkles and serve warm.
