How to create crochet christmas ornaments:
The most challenging part of the process for me was actually finding a way to photograph the garland for this post! It’s hard to fit all of the fun shapes, colors and designs into one photograph. I made three different patterns, one for each of the ornaments.
There are so many fun ways to use these ornaments! You could make a few and hang them from your holiday tree or add one to a special holiday packaged, tied up with a bit of bakers twine!

Using a yarn needle and some extra thread, I added a cross to the front of each ornament to give it a unique, finished look.
Finally, finish off the ornaments by taking the long tail end of yarn and creating a hanging loop or using a length of yarn to stitch them together into a garland for hanging.
These could totally be used as crochet christmas tree ornaments or tie these handmade ornaments to your gift wrap for a personal touch to each Christmas gift this year. Use different colors of yarn to personalize your own ornaments!
