Possibly a dumb question…
Once I have prepped the ingredients do I freeze them raw? Or cook them and then freeze them?

In reply to Terry. I have the same question. I tried the Yalu chicken and when I got home the parts of the breasts that were sticking up outside of the liquid were dried out and dark. We ended up throwing out the whole meal since the chicken was over cooked.
