I’ve taken photos of these basic meatballs covered in delicious sweet chilli sauce and chives but you can totally switch it up with whatever sauce you like! BBQ? Sure! Marinara? Why not?! Honey garlic teriyaki? Yes please!!

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium egg
1/2 finely diced onion
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 Tbsp diced chives
Directions:
- Combine first five ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix well.
- Roll into walnut sized balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cover in sweet chilli sauce and chives.
