Pecan Pumpkin Spice Date Bites

  • 16 pitted, fresh & sticky dates
  • 1 Tbsp warm water (if needed)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ cup crushed pecans
  1. Add dates to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add pumpkin spice.
  4. If dates are dry and not blending well, add water sparingly to form a paste.
  5. Roll into walnut sized balls, roll ball into crushed pecans to coat completely.
  6. Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
