Festive Bundt Pan Ice Wreath
This festive bundt pan ice wreath is really simple to make! It’s easy to add a lovely pop of colour and texture to your yard this holiday season.
With a bit of swag from around the garden, you can create this project in no time!
Bundt pans make great wreath forms!
I am always on the look out for vintage pans at my local thrift store. It’s fun to try to find uniquely coloured pans like this one in my Apple Bundt Pan Wreath post. But it’s just as easy to paint a bundt pan with a bit of spray paint to get the exact colour that you may be looking for.
What I love about this ice wreath is that you don’t need to alter a bundt pan at all! You are simply using it as a form to create these wreath made out of ice.
I freaking love how brilliant this bundt pan wreath hack is. Let me show you how to make one of your own!

Supplies needed:
- 10” bundt pan
- Red wired ribbon
- Cranberries, fresh or frozen
- Pine, cedar, fir or juniper boughs
- Pinecones
The sky is the limit as to what you can add to this wreath! I really like the pop of red color that the cranberries add so be sure to include something like that.
Most of my fun embellishments were found in the front yard. After puttinf 2000 Christmas lights up in our tree this year, there were several fallen tree branches to chose from!
How to create this Festive Ice Wreath:
- Fill the bundt pan 1/2 to 3/4 full with water.
2. Start to layer the embellishments in the water. Keep in mind that the cranberries will float.
3. The trick is to really fill the entire pan with greenery and pinecones and cranberries. Most of the items will want to float to the top so the more you displace the water in the pan, the more embellishments will sink below the surface.
4. Place the bundt pan in the freezer over night or for around 8 hours, until frozen completely.
5. Remove the ice wreath from the pan and tie a red wired ribbon around it for hanging.
This can be hung outside and last as long as the temperatures remain below freezing. But don’t worry, part of the fun is watching this ice wreath melt in the warm sunshine.
Both the front and back of this wreath look lovely!
The sides too!
Easy peasy right?! I love the pop of color and texture that the natural embellishments give this wreath.
I absolutely adore how unique this wreath is and I love, love, love the combination of classic bundt pan shape and fun pops of color.
