Hello, hello friends! This is my absolute favorite summer snack, seriously, so delicious! I love combining local seasonal fruit with more exotic varieties to create a refreshing fruit salsa that can be served anytime! We pair this with homemade cinnamon chips for dipping or simply serve it over yogurt for dessert.
Fruit Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1 cup diced oranges
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- Juice squeezed from 1/2 of a lime
- 6-8 mint leaves
Instructions
- Dice all fruit into bite sized cubes.
- Combine in a large container.
- Add lime and mint.
- Mix and serve.
