WHAT ARE RICE KRISPIE TREATS?

Rice krispie treats are primarily made of rice krispies cereal, melted butter and mini marshmallows. These Halloween pops are made even easier by simply using pre made cereal treats, dipping them in chocolate and then covering them in candy and colorful sprinkles.

These holiday treats are so much fun for kids of all ages to make and take to a Halloween Party.

I love how festive this treat is with the mixture of orange, yellow and white colors! It can easily be adapted to include whatever candy the kids have left from trick-or-treating.

Try using: black candy melts, a pretzel stick, orange food coloring, white chocolate, aero bars, reeces pieces, mike & ikes, orange candy melts, smarties, licorice, black frosting, candy eyes and more!

  • 1/4 cup candy corn
  • 3 Tbsp yellow and orange M&Ms

3. Place the treats on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

4.  Add candy to the melted chocolate before it cools – I like to have it ready in small bowls. Press the leftover candy into the chocolate so that they really “stick”. Spread the orange sprinkles overtop.

  • Store these yummy treats in a large freezer bag or airtight container for up to three months at room temperature. They can also be stored in the fridge to prevent the chocolate from melting.
