Holiday ice cubes are seriously easy to make and clearly a brilliant thing to have prepared for holiday festivities and parties.

Too busy to make this right away?! Pin it for later!  Pin this recipe to your favorite cocktail board on Pinterest and it’ll be waiting for you when you’re ready.

My teenagers were tired of seeing me make all kinds of delicious cocktails for friends and family and nothing for them. So I decided to make these fruit and herb filled ice cubes so that they could get in on the fun too.

What are infused ice cubes?

Infused ice cubes are simply frozen cubes of water that have various fruits and herbs in them. The possibilities are endless and only limited by your imagination!

Variations for infused ice:

  • Experiment with different fruits! Try adding oranges, lemon, apple, pear, pomegranate, raspberries or blueberries.
  • Try using a variety of fresh herbs. Rosemary would be a lovely choice.
  • Instead of water freeze, orange juice, cranberry juice or apple juice.
