Supplies

Weiners in the wrappers.

Ingredients

  • All-beef hot dogs – Go for high-quality franks, like Harvest, or your favorite hot dog brand.
  • Hot dog buns – Toast them for extra crunch or leave them soft and pillowy.
Weiners in a container before they are baked.

We love the all-beef wieners from Harvest, but they are each packaged with an individual protective wrapper that needs to be removed before cooking. You may use your favorite brand of hot dog, but make sure to remove the casing if needed.

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet in aluminum foil.

Note: This step is optional, but helps to make cleanup a breeze!

3. Lay out the hot dogs on the baking sheet. Leave space between the dogs for even baking.

Note: Optionally, the hot dogs can be pierced with a fork or cut with a knife before baking. This helps to fully bake the dog quickly.

Any leftover hot dogs can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge. You can microwave hot dogs to reheat them for later.
