Muffin Tin Lunch

Happy Tuesday everyone!
Did you know that I try to follow a bit of a schedule on the blog?  You can find it here.  Tuesdays I generally reserve for food, glorious food!

I have seen a ton of muffin tin snack ideas but it was really Cheri from I Am Momma who gave me a kick in the pants to give it a try after posting the idea on Instagram.

And I mean, wow, my kids LOVED it!  I wish that I had taken an after shot because all that was leftover from lunch was a bit of broccoli and coconut!

I filled our muffin tin with: grapes, crackers, sausage, coconut {my guys like shredded coconut, is that weird?}, cheese, alphabet pretzels, broccoli, more crackers, carrots, dip, pickles and blueberries.

Seriously a fun way to get the kiddos to eat their lunch!
Definitely a keeper!
