  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 vanilla Oreos
  • 1/4 cup Valentine sprinkles*
  • 1 cup whipped topping

*If you prefer, replace the sprinkles with sliced frozen strawberries that have been defrosted. They will still create a lovely shade of pink for the cheesecake and have the added benefit of being healthier than sprinkles.

3. Place 12 Oreo cookies into the base of the mold.

Note: a muffin tin would work too! As the muffin spaces are larger, you would probably only make 6-9 mini cheesecakes rather than 12.

4. Top each Oreo with equal amounts of the cream cheese mixture until it is all gone.

5. Place in the refrigerator for one hour to set.
