We took the kids raspberry picking the other day.
It was awesome!!!
We got an entire icecream bucket full of raspberries for $6
AND the boys had a blast!

So anyway I couldn’t let all of these raspberries go to waste so I threw together a Raspberry Rhubarb Crisp.
In a 9×13 pan I tossed 3c of raspberries with 1/2c of sugar.
Then I added 4c of diced rhubarb and 1/4c flour.
I mixed 2c of flour, 1c of brown sugar and 1/2c margarine to create a topping.
yummie!!! and it looks so summerly !
