Can you believe that Christmas is just over a month away?! It’s snuck up on me too! I love decorating for the holidays but sometimes I simply run out of time. That’s why I’m sharing this Simple Holiday Scarf Wreath today. You can create this look in just minutes…
I have a thing for reindeer and this plaid cutie just screams FRONT DOOR to me. Paired with the texture of this lovely red scarf they make a perfect addition to my holiday decor! Total bonus points that this scarf is reusable once the holiday season is over.
How to create a simple holiday scarf wreath:
Supplies:
- wreath form
- scarf
- straight pins
- reindeer ornament
- twine
All you really need to create this look is a scarf and wreath form. I simply wrapped the scarf around the styrofoam form and pinned it in place. Then I hung the reindeer ornament in the center with a bit of twine. The reindeer is from Michaels, the scarf from the Thrift Store and the wreath form is from Consumer Crafts.
Simply cute right?! I love having a bright pop of colour on my door to greet guests as they stop by. The beauty of this project is that it is so versatile! Start looking for fun scarves at your local thrift store and you can create one of these Simple Holiday Scarf Wreaths for every season. I can just picture a lovely pink floral scarf that would be perfect for spring or a rust colored scarf full of texture for fall.
I love creating wreaths for every season like this valentine grapevine heart wreath and this succulent wreath for summer. My favorite are Christmas wreaths though like this succulent wreath for Christmas and this holiday mason jar lid wreath.
Do you hang a wreath on the door all year or just for the holidays? If you make a simple holiday scarf wreath please share, I would love to see it!
Super cute and easy – love it!
