Last year we started a tradition of “Elf”atizing our living room. That is to say, making it look like Gimbles Department Store in the movie, Elf. Lots of paper chains, twinkly lights and snowflakes! But when I saw these Star Wars snowflakes on the Joys of Boys I knew that it was time to up the ante. And also that my kids (and husband) would go into geeked out holiday euphoria over… seriously… STAR WARS snowflakes people!! So cool.
I have um… I “thing” for Boba Fett. He’s my favorite character of all time. And was honestly one of the easier snowflakes to cut out. There is a lot of exacto knife work involved that tested my mediocre skills so unless you have a knife wielding ninja at home I would suggest that this is an activity for the 10+ crowd.
