Ummmm…. YUM!! These are just something ~fabulous~ that I threw together with odds n ends.
Here’s the background: we live in the Okanagan {surrounded by lakes, 30+ temps (that’s Celsius) and a ton of fun touristy things to do} and sometimes it feels like our house has a revolving door. We LOVE having friends and family stay with us but often I can’t PLAN things, COORDINATE activities or SCHEDULE dinners as we fly by the seat of our pants, enjoying summer in Kelowna!
So here’s a quick {gee we should do something for dessert} recipe:
They really were delish!
Let’s see… I had some leftover marshmallow fluff, chocolate wafers and mini chocolate chip cookies!
I mixed my marshmallow fluff with crushed wafers, sandwiched it between two cookies and threw them in the freezer for about an hour.
They turned out fantastic ~ perfect for dessert after a day floating down the channel! Who needs planning, scheduling and coordinating anyway? Who am I kidding?! I do!
