Supplies:
Smore Dessert Board:
Ingredients:
- 2 ½ Chocolate Bars (Hershey’s)
- 1 10-ounce package of jumbo marshmallows
- Oreos
- Chips Ahoy Cookies
- Graham Crackers
- Golden Oreos
- Pretzels
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Break the chocolate bars into halves. Place them In the cast iron skillet to cover the bottom of the pan. They will overlap each other a bit.
3. Cover the chocolate bars in the pan with the large marshmallows, until there is no space seen under the marshmallows.
4. Place in the oven for 10 minutes or until the tops become slightly browned.
5. After 10 minutes, turn on the broil on your oven to 400 degrees and let the tops of the marshmallows brown a bit more. Watch closely at this point, because it should only take about 2-3 minutes.
6. While that is in the oven, start arranging the cookies and snack items on the charcuterie.
7. Starting on the outer edge, and leaving space for the s’mores pan to be placed on the charcuterie board, alternate the Oreos and Chips Ahoy chocolate chip cookies.
8. Next, arrange the graham crackers circularly around the Oreos and cookies.
9. Then, place only about 5 or 6 Golden Oreos as the last circular layer around the board.
10. At this point, the s’mores pan should be done and you can place it on a charcuterie board.
11. Lastly, with the small hole of a space left between the s’mores pan and Golden Oreos, fill with pretzels.
12. Enjoy while warm!
Notes:
- This can be saved for later by covering the s’mores pan with foil or plastic wrap. To reheat, place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.

Alternate Ingredients:
- A variety of chocolates, like chocolate chips, white chocolate, and dark chocolate
- Reese’s peanut butter cups
- Snack-sized candy bars, like Kit Kats and Skor bars
- Mini marshmallows
- Marshmallow fluff
- Shortbread cookies
- Rice Krispie treats
- Fresh fruit, like apple and strawberry slices
Tips and Tricks:
- I like using Hershey bars for this recipe, because I find the chocolate melts so evenly and quickly.
- If you don’t have a dedicated charcuterie board, you can use a baking sheet, cutting board, or any other wooden board instead. Cover it with plastic wrap or parchment paper to simplify cleanup.
- When assembling the perfect charcuterie board, start with larger items and work down to smaller ones, filling in the empty spaces. Small bowls can also be placed on the board to hold small items.
