This Valentine Grapevine Heart Wreath just screams “welcome spring!!” to me. It is not only adorable but also super simple to create with this easy tutorial!
Confession, I have a “thing” for wreaths. I love how a decorative wreath on the front door instantly adds a pop of colour and gives a home a festive feel. I try to hang a wreath for every season.
It’s so pretty! I love the pops of green and pink. And it was so, so easy to make you guys! You can totally do this and for under $20 if you’re careful. I was inspired by Tauni’s gorgeous Love Notes Wreath over at Snap Creativity. Be sure to check it out for even more ideas.
Too busy to make this right away?! Pin it for later! Pin this project to your favorite craft board on Pinterest and it’ll be waiting for you when you’re ready.
I spy the cutest little pink bike!! It was the most expensive addition to this wreath even with my 50% off coupon from Michaels. But it totally “makes” the wreath and is completely adorable.
How to make this Valentine Grapevine Heart Wreath:
Let’s talk supplies. I am always on the lookout for wreath making materials when I am at the thrift store. So when I spotted this heart shaped grapevine wreath and greenery with pink flowers I was thrilled. I knew just what I wanted to create! A valentine wreath. You can find these at Michaels too. The pink bike was from Michaels and the white & symbol was from Walmart. Because I thrifted or found most of the supplies my wreath cost a total of $15!

Supplies:
Heart shaped grapevine wreath (thrift store $3.99)
Pink and green artificial flowers (thrift store $1.99)
Pink bike (Michaels $5.49)
White & symbol (Walmart $1.49)
Burlap ribbon (Dollarstore $.99)
Twine
Start by hot gluing the & and the bike to the wreath form.
Next gather the artificial greenery and glue it together. Wrap the glued portion in burlap ribbon to cover the stems. Hot glue this to the wreath form.
Add a bit of twine for hanging and voila!!
I love this pretty pop of color on our front door in the spring!
