Gather Your Ingredients
Get your ingredients ready and prepare to mix them together with a spatula.
Take the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla and combine in a large mixing bowl.
Crush Cookies and Mix
Place cookies into a freezer bag and crush up. Combine with butter in a small bowl.
Press cookie crumb mixture into each mold base and top with equal amounts of your cream cheese mixture.
Chill
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set the cheesecake for the perfect easter treat.
Remove the mini cheesecakes from the mold and top with whipped cream.
Finish by topping with some chopped mini eggs for a pop of color, and you're done!
