Strip off the membrane from the ribs, rub in your seasonings, and smoke for 2 hours
Wrap it Up
At the 2 hour mark, wrap the ribs in foil and then smoke for 2 more hours
Remove the ribs from the foil at the 4 hour mark and baste with BBQ sauce
Serve with grilled corn, potato salad, or your favorite side dish
