Tin Foil Packet Nacho Dip
This tinfoil packet nacho dip is perfect for serving to a crowd while camping.

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1 cup tex mex shredded cheddar cheese
- 250 ml container of guacamole
- 1 cup salsa we use homemade salsa
- Green onions or chives diced
- Sour cream for topping
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- Double layer two large pieces of tinfoil appox. 12"x14".
- Layer beans, beef, cheese, guacamole and salsa.
- Wrap in tinfoil, rolling ends tightly together creating a packet.
- Place in the fire near the hot coals but not directly in the fire.
- Allow to heat through and cook in the fire for about 15 minutes.
- Top with sour cream and chives.
- Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
