Paint the entire rock green (tip: place a bit of putty on the back of the rock to stick it to your craft surface while painting).

Allow to completely dry.

Draw Frank features onto the rock (hair, mouth, scars).

Paint features black.

Seal with a coat of Mod Podge (optional).

Paint the wooden spool black and cut in half (tip: a kitchen knife works for this or a strong pair of sheers).

Allow to completely dry.

Glue the googly eyes to the front of the rock.

Glue half of the wooden spool to each side of the rock.

Glue a magnet to the back of the rock.
