- 1/2 large white onion
- 3 roma tomatoes
- 1 1/2 bell peppers
- 1 jalapeno pepper optional
- 2 green onions
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro
- 1/2 lime
- 1/4 tsp salt
Prevent your screen from going dark
Dice all of the vegetables finely. Tip: a food processor can be used to make the cutting faster and easier.
Add to a medium mixing bowl.
Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 of a lime, add salt and stir.
Refrigerate for at least an hour so that the flavours combine.
