1. In a medium bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely smooth. Dip the pretzels into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
2. In a medium bowl, melt the blue chocolate wafers in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is completely smooth. Pour the chocolate into a piping or freezer bag. Place the pretzels on a wire rack (optional).
3. Cut the tip from the bag and drizzle blue candy melts over the pretzels.
4. Add candy to the melted chocolate before it cools - I like to have it ready in small bowls. Press the M&Ms into the chocolate so that they really "stick". Spread the festive sprinkles overtop.
5. Place the pretzel treats in the fridge and allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving.
