Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 3 Tbsp Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 Tbsp Lily’s baking chips optional

Instructions

  • 1. Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 2. Add the melted butter and mix well. Finally add the egg, vanilla and incorporate the wet ingredients into the batter. The mixture should form a cake batter consistency.
  • 3. Add Lily's sugar free chocolate chips if desired.
  • 4. Place the batter into two ramikens or small mugs. Tip: a coffee mug works well.
  • 5. Microwave on high for 90 seconds or bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees f in the oven.
