2. Lay various ingredients on the board from bottom to top. Create wider lines at the bottom, working each row a bit smaller towards the top to create a triangle tree shape.
3. Begin with crackers, then mennonite sausage, swiss cheese, chorizzo, pickles and cubed cheese.
Tip: Be sure to keep wet ingredients like pickles apart from things like crackers.
