Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe

This is the best sugar free peanut butter cookie recipe ever… incredibly easy, delicious and quick to make! They have quickly become my favorite low carb cookies to snack on.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Swerve brown sugar free sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 oz Lily's dark chocolate sugar free baking chips
  • 1 oz Lily's white chocolate sugar free baking bar

Instructions

  • 1. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients.
  • 2. Mix together thoroughly into peanut butter cookie dough.
  • 3. Using a small cookie scoop, drop the batter onto a parchment lined cookie sheet about an inch apart.
  • 4. Use a fork to press indents into the top of each cookie in a criss-cross pattern with fork marks.
  • 5. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from the prepared baking sheet to cool on a wire rack.




  • 6. Melt chocolate in a small bowl in the microwave at 15 second intervals, stirring in between. Dip the cookies in dark chocolate and drizzle with white chocolate.
