Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Duncan Hines vanilla frosting
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 oz bag Teddy Graham style cookies

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. In a stand mixer or a large bowl with an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar.
  • 3. Add egg and vanilla and continue to mix on low speed.
  • 4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients slowly and combine until a soft dough forms.
  • 5. Fold in the chocolate chips, scraping dough from the sides of the bowl.
  • 6. Drop 8 to 10 large scoops of dough onto the baking tray. Leave at least 2" between the cookie dough balls.
  • 7. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Place on a cooling rack to allow the cookies to cool quickly.
  • 8. Scoop frosting into a piping bag with 1A tip and cover each cookie with the frosting.
  • 9. Add a teddy bear cookie to the top of the frosting.
  • 10. Finish off with a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips on each cookie.
