Ingredients

  • 250 g Orzo pasta 3.5 cups cooked
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • 1 green onion stalk diced
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Greek salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Instructions

  • 1. In a large pot bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add orzo pasta and cook for 5-7 minutes or until pasta is cooked to desired tenderness. Drain water and allow to cool completely. This makes about 3.5 cups of cooked pasta.
  • 2. Wash, prepare and chop up the vegetables.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta and vegetables.
  • 4. Pour dressing into the bowl, add feta and toss to mix well.
