1. In a large pot bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Add orzo pasta and cook for 5-7 minutes or until pasta is cooked to desired tenderness. Drain water and allow to cool completely. This makes about 3.5 cups of cooked pasta.
2. Wash, prepare and chop up the vegetables.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine pasta and vegetables.
4. Pour dressing into the bowl, add feta and toss to mix well.
