Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Tex Mex cheese
  • 12 pieces of bacon cooked
  • 1 235 g can Pillsbury crescents rolls
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet on medium until cooked through. Allow to cool completely and chop into pieces.
  • 3. In a large bowl, combine egg, milk and shredded cheese. Add seasoning of choice.
  • 4. Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Open the can of crescent rolls and place the dough in one layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
  • 5. Layer the cooked bacon over the crescent dough sheets.
  • 6. Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the casserole dish.
  • 7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is firm and cooked through.
