Combine cream cheese, shredded cheese and chili flakes in a large bowl.
Stir the cheese mixture until well combined.
Place a large piece of plastic wrap on the counter.
Drop the cream cheese mixture into the center of the cling wrap and wrap to form a skull shape.
Place the wrapped cheese ball in the refrigerator for at least one hour to firm up.
Unwrap the skull shaped cheese ball from the plastic.
Layer prosciutto over the top of the cheese ball, draping to cover the sides of the cheese ball as well.
Trim off excess meat with a knife.
Press indentations into the cheese to create a space for eyes and a nose.
Use the black food writer to add pupils to the white mints and place them on the skull.
Draw a nose and mouth on the prosciutto with the food marker.
Place on a large platter and serve with your favorite crackers or sliced vegetables.
