1. Steam the milk and place it in a small microwave safe bowl.

3. Place in the microwave and heat at 15 second intervals, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and incorporated into the milk.
4. Pour the milk chocolate mixture into a 16 oz mug. Top with a generous amount of whipped cream.
