Mix the wet ingredients with an electric mixer until well combined. About one minute on high.
Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix until well incorporated, about two minutes on medium. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes.
While the cake is cooling lets make the ganache.
Place the chocolate chips into a medium bowl.
In a medium saucepan bring the cream just to a boil.
Watch it closely and when the cream comes to a boil immediately pour it over the chocolate chips.
Whisk the cream and chocolate together.
Add the Kahlua and give it a stir.
Slowly drizzle and pour the mixture over the entire cake.
