- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz homemade pomegranate liqueur
- 1/2 cup 7UP or Sprite
- 1/2 lime sliced into wedges
- Sprig of mint
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Make the pomegranate liqueur as directed.
- 2. In a tall cocktail glass, muddle two lime wedges and four mint leaves.
- 3. Add rum and pomegranate liqueur.
- 4. Fill glass with soda.
- 5. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
