1. Gather supplies.
2. Place Oreos in a stand mixer with paddle attachment.
3. Mix at low speed until all of the Oreos are crushed into a fine Oreo crumble. Tip: a food processor can be used for this step too.
4. Add softened cream cheese to the mixing bowl.
5. Mix on medium speed until a soft dough forms.
6. Add a few drops of red food coloring to the dough and combine until it all becomes a fun shade of pink.
7. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
8. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15 to 30 second intervals, checking and stirring each time so that the chocolate doesn't burn.
9. Coat the bottom and sides of the heart shapes in the silicone mold.
10. Place the mold in the fridge to set for about 10 mins.
11. Remove the mold and the dough from the fridge.
12. Scoop the dough into tablespoon sized balls and press them into the heart shaped forms.
13. Cover the back of the hearts with more melted white chocolate.
14. Place the mold in the fridge for at least 1 hour to chill and set.
15. Remove the truffles from the fridge and pop them out of the mold onto a piece of parchment paper.
16. Drizzle with melted pink chocolate and top with Valentines sprinkles.
17. Place the chocolate truffles in the fridge and allow them to set completely before serving.
