Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Orange bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  • ​​1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Cut several slices of pepperoni into strips. Cut the bell peppers into thin slices.
  • 3. Pop open the pizza crust dough. Divide the dough into two equal square shapes.
  • 4. Shape the two pieces of dough into an oval shape and place them on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  • 5. Spread pizza sauce over the oval shaped pizza dough crust.
  • 6. Add pepperoni slices to the pizza.
  • 7. Top with mozzarella cheese and pat the cheese down slightly so that it is a uniform thickness.
  • 8. Create an Easter egg pattern on the cheese using the pepperoni strips and pepper slices.
  • We created stripes but you could make dots or zig zags too. Let the kids have fun with it!
  • 9. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  • 10. Cut into slices with a pizza cutter.
