In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Whisk together egg, milk, melted butter and mix until combined.
Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix together until a batter forms, it will be thick but should not be lumpy.
Add a few drops of green food coloring to achieve a vibrant green color.
Pre heat the skillet on medium heat.
Spray the center with cooking spray.
Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan using a spoon or ladle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Flip once bubbles appear on the top and cook for an addition 2-3 mins.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of candy hearts.
