1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl and create a well in the center.
2. Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture and whisk until combined.
3. Pre heat a large skillet on medium heat.
4. Spray the center with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Pour batter onto the pan using a spoon or ladle.
6. Cook for 2 minutes.
7. Flip once bubbles appear on the top and cook for an additional 2-3 mins until golden brown. 8. Repeat with remaining batter.
9. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, whipping cream and pecans.
