- 1 pkg Pillsbury pizza dough
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup about 100g pepperoni, sliced

Layer the baking dish with pepperoni, mozzarella and half of the tomato sauce.
Open the pizza dough, lay it out flat and cut it into strips.
Place each piece of dough into a random squiggly line on top of the filling, until you have used all the strips.
Top with the remaining pizza sauce.
Use the pastry brush to coat all of the pizza dough in sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins, or until golden brown.
