Christmas Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 cups 120 g popcorn, salted
  • 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 cup red & green m&ms
  • 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
  • 2 Tbsp festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • 1. Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • 2. Spread the salty popcorn over the sheet in a single layer.
  • 3. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl at 15 second intervals, stirring in between.
  • 4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn.
  • 5. Top with m&ms, peppermint candies and holiday sprinkles
  • ​6. Place the cookie sheet in the fridge to allow the chocolate to set before breaking the popcorn into pieces.
