Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Slice the Ribeye steak into bite-sized pieces then add to a bowl.
To the bowl add, salt, black pepper and garlic powder.
Drizzle the avocado oil and Worcestershire sauce over the seasoned steak bites and toss again to ensure they are coated.
Once preheated, arrange the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Place the air fryer basket in the preheated air fryer and cook the steak bites at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time. The steak bites should be browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
Once cooked, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes.
Drizzle the melted butter over the rested steak bites and toss to coat them in the butter.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the steak bites as a garnish.
