Do you prefer the extra gooey center pieces or are the crispy edges more your style? Personally, I am a corner piece girl. Crispy edges all the way! I love having the chewiness and the crunch all in one bite.

Alternate Ingredients
- Creamy peanut butter is my first choice in this amazing recipe, but you can use crunchy peanut butter if you prefer. Either way, in my experience, processed peanut butter will work better than natural peanut butter. If you choose to use the natural kind, be sure to give it an extra good mix beforehand. It may also affect the final results.
- Try different kinds of nut butters, like cashew or almond. You could even try something like sunflower seed butter.
- Include a splash of vanilla extract.
- Sometimes I like to add a little bit of sea salt into my batter or sprinkle some flaky salt on top of the blondies.
- Add an extra egg yolk to really enhance the chewy texture.
- Add some cocoa powder in with your dry ingredients for an even more chocolatey flavor.
- Other delicious add-ins besides chopped chocolate could include peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, Reese’s pieces, chopped up peanut butter cups, or any of your favorite candy.
Tips and Tricks
- You can use an electric mixer or a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment to make these chewy peanut butter blondies.
- For smaller portions, make two-bite blondies using a mini muffin tin. Adjust your baking time accordingly.
Enjoy these delicious peanut butter blondie bars with a glass of milk or some ice cream. Just try not to eat the whole pan!
