Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp salted butter
  • 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp pickled jalapeno juice
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Note: pickled jalapeno juice is the secret ingredient that makes this cheesy dip so good! It’s worth buying pickled jalapenos just to use the juice in this recipe but if you don’t want to do that you can simply add 2 tsp of hot sauce instead.

Directions:

1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

2. Add the flour and stir until combined and a soft dough forms.
