So when it comes to cooking meals we tend to wrap A LOT of things in tin foil to create easy tin foil packet meals. These Root Vegetables are simply delicious, easy to make and a great addition to any outdoor meal!
We simply chop and add our favorite root vegetables together, wrap in foil and cook over the camp fire or on the BBQ. I usually add fresh beets to our mixture but didn’t have any when I decided to take photos to share this post with you. So just imagine this yummy side with a lot more color m’kay?!
