Combine parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic cloves, oregano and salt & pepper in a food processor.
Make the Patties
Place the patties on the smoker at 165 degrees F for two hours.
Add additional onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, worcestershire sauce or kosher salt if desired

Serve these on fresh brioche buns and add your favorite condiments! A great burger is always made better with a side of french fries, sweet potato fries, pasta salad or potato chips
