Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar free Jello 11.2 g
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Jello powder and boiling water.
  • Whisk together until all of the Jello powder is fully dissolved.
  • Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes so it cools slightly.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, mixing and folding it in gently until completely combined.
  • Pour the mixture into an 8x11 pan or silicone Jello molds.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  • Cut into cubes or pop out of the molds and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use Oikos Protein Greek yogurt for the best texture and highest protein content.
  • Let the Jello mixture cool slightly before adding yogurt to prevent curdling.
  • Gently fold in the yogurt instead of whisking to avoid foam and bubbles.
  • Silicone molds make these extra fun and easy to pop out for kids.
  • Allow the bites to fully set before cutting for clean edges and perfect cubes.
